I can't seem to find its documentation.


I'm particularly interested in the difference
between two patterns I've seen: 

http://www.eclipse.org/download.php?file=/some/path/here/filename.zip
 
and (working form memory)
http://download.eclipse.org/some/path/here/download.php?dropFile=filename.zip

significant difference? is one recommended?
Do they both redirect to "archives" if not found on "downloads"?
