[cross-project-issues-dev] some minor dups in Europa stack

FWIW,
I installed all of the latest Europa,
with update manager, thinking for sure would be no longer "dups"
of plugins, but did find four. 
I don't know who installs the "older"
ones, but thought I'd point them out here. I doubt there is anything "stop
ship" 
about this small problem, but the owner
of the older ones may want to check, and make sure they are identical/compatible
with the 
newer ones. From what I can see, the
older ones are not part of an Orbit "recommended" build, so,
you'd better make 
sure you have you own copy saved away,
if you ever need to re-create your exact release. 
And, of course, the older ones "do
no good" if both installed, since the ones with higher qualifier will
be used.
