Bad move, that... you really should have updated both the features-stp.xml and your update site at the same time, especially this late in the end game. As you suspected, the Europa-matic build failed RED due to STP: http://dash.eclipse.org/~bfreeman/europa/

I have removed STP from Europa so that I can get a clean build for everybody else. If you fix your build problems, let me know and I'll re-spin, but I'm not going to do that until I can get a green build for everyone else.
