[cross-project-issues-dev] Europa and the Eclipse Packaging project

It hadn't occurred to me (until Ian pointed it out) that the EPP
packages, built using Europa's final bits, will need to be built and
ready before we can mirror anything on Thursday. They will upload their
final packages at the same time everyone else uploads/renames the final
bits on Thursday, from 10:00am to 14:00pm ET.
The EPP packages will serve as the default downloads on the main
downloads page [1], so it's critical that these packages be adequately
mirrored before being available for download.
I'm not sure what the EPP folks will be using to build their packages
(Europa staging?) so I'm putting this topic out for discussion. Markus,
what do you need to build your packages on Wednesday?
