[cross-project-issues-dev] reminder to move to "R-build" of Orbit

Just so no build masters are surprised,
we will be deleting the "S-builds" on our downloads site late
Sunday night or early Monday morning. 

This was our documented procedure, and
I think we've already "given notice", but just wanted to emphasize
this again since it will help 
make sure no one is "accidentally"
still pointing to an old build for their RC4 deliverables. I see that in
RC3 some of us are still using some 
slightly different versions of the "common"
bundles ... which is not too surprising, since there were some tweaks still
being made to legal docs, etc. 
 ... but it did remind me to remind
everyone else to be sure to move up :)
