[cross-project-issues-dev] Notice of late coming change to WTP features

In our unending desire to improve quality for our adopters and end users :)

I'm proposing a change to our features structure.

For details see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=181362

This is making JSF components part of JST, as was decided at JSF's graduation review
several months ago, and will make it easier for end-users, since JSF should come automatically with JST.

We are also making the Web Page Editor optional (following up from my previous post, this
really is a completely optional feature) which I think is more correct for the way some adopters plan
to make use of WTP. (That is, we don't want to "force" end users to have Web Page Editor since
some adopters provide their own).

I'm posting this here just to maximize communication for such a large late change but
these changes should not effect anyone in Europa, unless, somehow, you "require"
features by name, and then only if you 'require' the JSF features by name, which seems
unlikely.  It might, though, effect some "build teams" from adopters that do "pull" certain
features by name, etc. (For example, if they wanted the WYSIWYG Web Page Editor in their
packages, then they will now have to add that new feature explicitly to their "pull").

Please comment in the bug if there are issues I have not anticipated.

And, apologies for the late change ... completely my fault.
