In addition to bumping our version timestamps in site.xml, I
uncommented the DSDP-DD features.

Good point, David - a new build is now in progress with
DSDP-DD removed and using the 3.3M7 platform distro as the builder (to try to
fix https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=187396
