Yes, I will be updating Mylar to re-package PDE (and Ant) to be available
separately. This is bug:
182506: The pde and ant bridges should be contributed by fragments...

Should be done within the next week or two, add yourself to the CC to be
notified of when that happens. Also, if anyone has specific feature
packaging requirements please post those there. Since I'm not on the
packaging mailing list please feel free to post any other EPP specific
