Bjorn,
Perhaps I was unclear. I have successfully updated the 
features-buckminster.xml (on more then one occasion) and there's no 
problem with the builds. The logs at 
http://dash.eclipse.org/~bfreeman/europa/ are all green and the logs 
indicate that the new 0.1.0 versions has been built.
