[cross-project-issues-dev] Europa staging not always updated?

A while back (a month or so), Buckminster changed all feature versions 
to comply with the Eclipse rules for incubation projects. We went 
backward from 1.0.0 to 0.1.0. I don't know if that is what's causing our 
old 1.0.0 versions to still be the only ones visible in the Eclipse 
update manager.

I know for sure that we've had successful builds in Europa-o-matic for 
some time (we had a failure this morning, but that's been corrected) and 
that the build logs indicate our 0.1.0 versions.

Am I forgetting something that I'm supposed to do in order to get things 
staged?
