Since it's a holiday here (and I apparently have no life), I'm going to answer this one on behalf of the WTP folks. Hope that's okay.

Step 0) Try it again with a fresh copy of Eclipse 3.3M6. Is the problem reproducable?
Step 1) Open a bug:

Step 2) Attach relevant error logs / screen shots
Step 3) Attach steps to reproduce (including, if relevant, the mirror(s) you used to install WTP and its prereqs)

Ok i'm still having the problem of if I install the WTP on europa 3.3.M6 it installs fine. But the option to create a web project does not show up. There is somethign severely wrong were should I go to report this.

To aide migration to orbit provided plugin, we've initially left in
the "enabling features" previously provided by WTP. Namely,

org.apache.commons_logging.feature
org.apache.jakarta_log4j.feature
org.apache.xerces.feature

Has everyone using these finished migrating to orbit?

We'll plan on leaving those out of Europa M6, unless I hear that someone still needs
them.
