The call in question is Thu 9amPST/noonEST, so if we set the freeze for that time, we can all attend the call, have a moment of silence indicating all Thumbs Up, and then frantically start uploading our bits.
Does that work? Or would sooner be better, like Wednesday? IMHO the sooner I can get my bits uploaded the sooner I can verify the staging UM site works. I'd be happy with a freeze today, frankly. ;-)

I hope you're not asking me! I don't know when the servers should be
frozen, and which parts should be frozen. Is this for Callisto?
In my ideal world, projects (including the release trains) tell me when
and what to freeze because they understand the impact of releasing
without freezing.

So I have new bits for
Callisto
Winter Maintenance (CDT 3.1.2). The servers are so bagged right now, I
haven't been able to test the update site jars. But they should work,
trust me J…
The features-cdt.xml has been updated.
