[cross-project-issues-dev] launching workspaces on the latest integratio

We are starting to adopt the latest integration builds in preparation for
M5.  This required re-creating a launch configuration for our runtime
workspace and I'm noticing the following problem that's probably worth
sharing with others planning on moving to the I-builds.  

When I launch the runtime workspace it first launches a blank workspace, and
then launches the one specified in Workspace Data -> Location.  So you end
up with two runtime workspaces.  This is still happening with the latest
(I20070130-0800).  Is this a known bug?  Is there a work-around?
