Thread-topic: BIRT 2.2.0 M4 Build is ready, but unable to upload to Eclipse website

BIRT 2.2.0 M4 Build is ready, but we are unable to upload it to Eclipse website due to the Internet issues that the Actuate SHA office is facing. The Internet issues are caused by the recent Taiwan earthquake. When BIRT 2.2.0 M4 Build is available on Eclipse website depends on the Internet recovery. We are not sure if the Internet issues will be solved before Jan. 4^th, the Europa M4 schedule time. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause!
