Note that with all images, the new & noteworthy document is roughly 1MB.  I'll leave it up to you to decide if this falls below your "won't kill us" threshold.

Actually, you can just link straight to the HTML file, as some mirrors
don't get HTML content and/or images.  Unlike direct links to ZIPs, this
won't kill us  :)
