[cross-project-issues-dev] Feature missing from Callisto Staging update

I've been getting parts of WTP from
a mirror ot the Callisto Staging area (http://download.eclipse.org/callisto/staging).
I've been doing this every day with no problem but today I cannot do so.
The update manager says the WTP requires JEM which does not appear to be
available on the Staging update site. I assume that JEM was split out of
the VE project but was not added to the staging area. Is this the case?
