Yesterday a message went out related
to the use of underscores ('_') in plugin version qualifiers.  Indeed,
there was a problem with this.  Initially we considered the fix for
this problem to be too far reaching for such a late point in the cycle
so were directing people towards a workaround (thus the message you saw).
 In the end the workaround has some severe limitations.  This
caused us to look more deeply and through a group effort by Pascal, David,
Tom, Dorian, John, ... and others, the problem was fixed.  You can

Or, you can just know that life is back
to normal and you do NOT have to mess around with your qualifiers and '_'s
ARE ok.
