Yes, that's right -- the id was not correct in those cases. I've updated
the site.xml.

Hi John, I confirmed update manager from your site works fine ... which
just goes to show how robust Update Manger is :)
I think you have a copy paste error in your site.xml file, so that the ID
"org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.feature"
is repeated 3 times ... for 3 different URL's -- the URL's must be the part
UM uses while just doing the normal update,
but, the mirror command goes by "ID", so the mirror command fails .... it
can not find all five you have in the feature-dtp.xml file.
I suspect this would cause similar "not found" errors when other projects
(e.g. BIRT) was looking for "required" features in
update manager site? (But, I didn't test specifically, since I can't easily
"copy" all to callisto site).
BTW, this time I didn't post here just to embarrass you :) .... I think you
did what what's expected and what anyone else would do,
... but I think it is an interesting quirk of UM that an individual site
can work fine, but might still contain errors ... a true "cross project"
problem .. that others might learn from too.

I have corrected the features defs on the DTP update site, and tested it
successfully. Sorry about the mix up.

Well, this is an example of me being too clever and changing deployment
scripts midstream during the RC2 build process... It was working on the DTP
update site (really, it was... ;-) ), but then at the end a later version
of the feature defs were injected, and hence the error you saw.
The best way for me to make sure this is fixed is to clean the DTP update
site and make sure that the right plug-ins and features are there. I'll let
the list know when I have confirmed this.

I get an error about
plugins/org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.finfo_0.9.0.200605021.jar
not being found.
the "finfo" looks like a typo in one of your feature.xml files?

I post this here to this mailing, instead of a bugzilla, to remind everyone
that its a good idea to "test" your own update sites,
before contributing to Callisto, since
I get this error even if I go directly to your update site at
datatools/updates/site.xml
There does seem to be 3 datatools.connectivity.feature_0.9.0.200605021
listed at that site ... I'm assuming that's a site.xml error?
Or is there something amiss with your versioning scheme and there's some
"bad" earlier versions at that site?
