[cross-project-issues-dev] Need a more realtime way to know what people

Hi, 

I urge people modifying the callisto
to join the #eclipse-dev IRC forum to indicate what they are doing and
when they are doing it.
We already have enough problems with
update itself without having to figure out when people are removing / refreshing
their product installe.
Could also one of the webmaster join
the channel?
