    And, the PR itself is almost "red", it is not possible to process it

It is about CDT loading closed project based on the right click on the project in the project explorer.

It is really only a very small change. The default action is to load with the change project that are not found are not loaded

The tests for the PR failed but (except for legal reasons) I do not think the fail is due to the change.
