[cdt-dev] Request to disable direct push for CDT Git

Hello,

Recently I unintentionally pushed the commit directly to the master 
outside of the Gerrit pipeline. I realized this after some time waiting 
for the notification from CDT Bot ... and after that I reverted the change.
I think that having a technical possibility to push directly is more 
risky than beneficial.

I've created the Bugzilla record [1] to disable such a possibility.
