[cdt-dev] cdt master stopped building successfully

Hello folks,

CDT master build and also cdt-verify-test-cdt-ui-only-pipeline build for master branch broke a couple of days ago. Something changed in our dependencies and I don't know what yet.

Follow https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=563491 for more info and once that is resolved gerrits will probably need to be rebased.

If you are working on a change that you are confident is actually tested by the  cdt-verify-test-cdt-ui-only-pipeline you can remove (or ask committer to remove) the -1 from the CDT bot and submit anyway.
