Thanks Tracy and Jonah for this effort.
Not always getting the source code to display when debugging is a very limiting
situation for a user.  It is very good that such situations are now even more rare.

We've completed work for the source lookup path mapping with set-substitute-path for Neon.

I've updated the new & noteworthy and Jonah's put in a new help page.
