Hey gang,

It's that time of year again, time for me to check over the IP Log for the Kepler release. It's a bit different this year since we are full steam ahead with git as opposed to bugzilla patches.

The good news is that there's a really cool IP Log generator that generates the logs for us and all I need to do is go through it and validate that it's correct.

And, even better news, it picks up the commits out of git that have non-committers as the author. As long as the bug is referenced on the first line of the commit log, we do not need to mark that bug as iplog+. Mind you, It also means if we've done that we have duplicate entries. I'll go through that and clean it up.
