Hi Jonah,

The increased build times are unrelated to the upgrade of the Jenkins
version. The actual reason is the recent move of the CDT Jenkins
instance to the new cluster (okd).

We are in the process of gradually moving all of our resources from the
old cluster (openshift) to the new cluster (okd). Since our fastest
build machines are still on the old cluster, build times are expected to
be longer. The move to the new cluster should be finished in the
beginning of March, but at least some of the faster machines will be
moved before that.
