[cbi-dev] Move git repos @ git.eclipse.org to github

Hi,

Most of the CBI development activity happens on github these days (https://github.com/eclipse-cbi/) but we still have a couple of repos on git.eclipse.org (https://git.eclipse.org/c/cbi). 

I would like to move repos from the latest to the former Github organization

Any objection?
