Re: [cbi-dev] github server authentication in Maven settings.xml on CI

Yes, we can manage a github bot for your project and configure your Jenkins instance with proper credentials. Feel free to open a ticket to ask for it.

Hi,

I'm currently trying to consume GitHub Maven packages in a build on Eclipse CI infrastructure (for m2e in this case). However, this requires to define in settings.xml a user and authentication/API token as described in https://help.github.com/en/github/managing-packages-with-github-packages/configuring-apache-maven-for-use-with-github-packages .
Does the Eclipse infrastructure has such a GitHub user already set by default we can use? Or must each project create a specific user and token?

Thanks in advance.
