Hi,

To gather best practices around continuous integration, especially with
regards to Hudson/Jenkins configuration I've created the following wiki
page:
	https://wiki.eclipse.org/CI_best_practices

It's far from being complete, but already captures a few essentials. It
should become a basic resource that can be shared with the community to
improve build/test/integration quality and reliability.

Please participate by providing feedback, improving the wiki page,
discussing items, sharing best/bad practices, etc.
