[cbi-dev] A "Neon.3" version of CBI p2repo aggregator is available

FYI,

I have built a new version of the aggregator with Neon.3 (4.6.3 platform) as the base.

Other than the new base, the only functional change is how "cancel" is handled (Bug 513518) so that a) it writes a simple message to the log, instead of a stack trace and b) when you press cancel a "pop up" is no longer displayed telling you it was cancelled, and c) the 'cancel' should occur more rapidly instead of it needing to finish large operations.

As usual, the composite repository for the new version is at

http://download.eclipse.org/cbi/updates/aggregator/ide/4.6/

Those that already have this in their list of "available software sites" will just need to "check for updates".
