[cbi-dev] ci user permissions to set PR status

Hi guys!

I've asked already about that some time ago but it was rejected as a rules violation as BOTs can't have write permission to repo and it is not possible to use personal account as CI user.

We only need our codenvy-ci user to have permissions to set statuses and checks (like ip-validation).

I've found a lot of other projects that already have it:

So maybe we had some misunderstanding last time :) so I've decided to request this again.

We are kindly asking to grant our ci user https://github.com/codenvy-ci with permissions to set statuses and checks in such repos:

Please let me know if I should fill some form or create issue for that.
