Re: [cbi-dev] Bug 383538 - Disable natives repo

If you do not compile native libraries, precompiled libraries found in
binary repo (eclipse.platform.swt.binaries, rt.equinox.binaries) are
used. 

The patch and change is to remove the pack that you had to download
before starting CBI and which contained many packaged plugins (much more
than just those which had native bits).
