FYI, I've updated CBI/Eclipse Platform Build wiki [1]. The wiki has
separate sections for R4 and R3 branches now. The instructions are
virtually the same, but I've used explicit R3_ and R4_ path prefixes,
which should make copy&paste of the commands easier.
