Re: [4diac-dev] 4diac @ GSoC 2020

Hi,

yes, there are all quite interesting topics. I would also volunteer to supervise the topic "Generation of Unit-test code out of the component specification" as this was on my To-Do-If-I-Have-Some-Time-In-The-Future list. ;)

Best regards,
Martin

Hi,

I started with adding 4diac to the 2020 Eclipse projects list. I took the OCL topic from last year to have something there. I found the following list from
2017:

  - Generate documentation pages out of model components. In 4diac the main component elements already hold quite some information. However to find out what a component is doing and what it can be used for is quite hard. Similar to Java doc or Doxygen it would be great to generate HTML files for our model components based on the already available information.
  - Mylyn integration for 4diac models
  - Generation of Unit-test code out of the component specification

I find all three of them quite interesting. What do you think?

Cheers,
Alois
