The following downloadable bundle contains an early and unsupported version and it its use is deprecated.
Eclipse 3.0 and VIATRA2 Release 1 Bundle download (Win32)
To use the bundle, uncompress the zip file and start the workbench using the Eclipse.bat shell script.
A good place to start experimenting is the File->New... menu. Just select Other... and VPM Modelspace option.
