3.3 M2 Test Plan

Goal

The goal of this test pass is to achieve full coverage of the SDK to get a good overall picture on the state of the build. A full day of testing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, 2006.

Checklist

• Trim. Test the new trim support especially if you are not on Windows
• Common Navigator. General testing
• Undo/Redo in the resource navigator
• Field Assist Watch for layout issues
• Viewers general regressions
• Filtered Tree
• Open Resource Dialog. Focus on concurrency problems particularly
• Preferences Make sure preferences are restored on startup
• Verify. Verify bugs assigned to you that have been fixed during 3.3 M3.
• Watch your log. Make sure nothing is getting into the .log that indicated a real issue.
• Component Testing. Test every component area assigned to you on the component area test plan.
