Workbench (org.eclipse.ui) Test Plan for Test Pass 2

For test pass 2, I've switched the assigned areas around a bit.

Also, the manual scenario tests and manual component tests should be gone through.
These are both in need of revision, so if you encounter problems with them, just send me a note.
