behaviour.  Query in to Vlad to find out.  This workaround will allow us to
go forward it testing the 2.0.1 build process

Change all about.ini versions and feature.xml feature versions to 2.0.1.
No plugin version numbers changed in this release.  That will be the responsibility
of plugin developers
