The internal reference tool is a command line tool which locates references to internal types in Eclipse based distributions. The tool generates an HTML report of all of the internal references. Although the internal reference tool reads Eclipse distributions, it is not an Eclipse application.

- Extract the download file on your hard drive and read the README.html file. It describes its usage.
