Bug 238730 - [aspects] rename bundles and start with new version numbering

1. Make sure you have checked out all the other org.aspectj.osgi.* projects as 
well as the demos
2. Build the update site in org.aspectj.osgi.site 
3. Copy sample.psftp.properties and rename psftp.properties. Edit and 
configure userid and password.
4. Run the "all" target in build.xml
