In Eclipse workbench, select "Window" -> "preferences" 

In the opened window, in the left tree, select:
"Java" -> "Code Style" -> "Code Templates"

On the right, click on the button: "Import..."

Select the place where the file "Papyrus Code Templates.xml" is.
