[news.eclipse.webtools] Missing Wizard - Create Dynamic Web Project

I've been selected by my team to be the first to move from Eclipse 3.3 
to 3.4.

After installing 3.4 and some other stuff (See 'Installed Features' 
below),  I launch the new wizard (Ctrl-N), and start looking for the 
Dynamic Web Project, but it's not there.

Can anyone help me figure out what I am missing in my installation that 
is causing this wizard to not be available?

OBTW my Plug-in Registry view shows no errors. It seems that all of my 
plug-ins are installed properly and their dependencies are resolved.
