[news.eclipse.webtools.jsf] WPE taglib metadata for Stripes Framework

Hi,
does any one know of a plugin that provides WPE design time metadata for the 
Stripes Taglib (www.stripesframework.org)?

If not I would be implementing this by myself, but I have not been able to 
find out how to do this for tags that are structured like the Stripes layout 
tags (see http://www.stripesframework.org/display/stripes/Layout+Reuse). Any 
pointers?
