[news.eclipse.tptp] Running TPTP

I downloaded Ganymede, install TPTP by installing all of the "Test and 
Performance" items.

Restart the workbench.

According to the docs, "on Windows or Linux IA32 platforms, only needing 
to profile a Java application locally and/or to run a TPTP Test locally do 
not need to install this standalone Agent Controller on the local machine 
because it is already packaged in the TPTP Platform"

Under Preferences//Agent Controller//Integrated Agent Controller, the on 
demand launch is set to enable.

I then right click on a class (effectively "Hello World", select "Profile 
As...", "Java Application", and get:
IWAT0435E An error occurred while connecting to the host.

Windows XP
Eclipse 3.5
Java 1.5

What am I missing?
