[news.eclipse.tools] Newbie question: Installing Eclipse

I unzipped Eclipse into a folder (preserving folder structure) but when I
double click on Eclipse.exe, I get an error message.

"JVM terminated, Exit code=2 ..."

I have Java 1.4 installed on my Win2K machine.
