what happened to the editor list? i might be imagining it, but didn\'t
there used to be a feature in some milestones of 2.1 that allowed you to
see a list of currently open editors?

also, i\'m quite sure this has been requested before, but not sure if
it\'s ever been implemented, - a key to toggle maximized state of the
current view? (instead of using the rodent to double click on the header)
