[news.eclipse.tools] Plugins

We want to add plugins to Eclipse IDE. But due to security restrictions we
dont have write permissions to the eclipse default plugins folder.
We need an alternative so that we can install the plugins in some temp
folders like C:\temp\MyPlugins. Please let us know if there is a solution.
