[news.eclipse.tools] Eclipse for C++? (or Good IDEs for C++)

Hi.  I've used Eclipse extensively for Java development, and am very happy
with it.  I know there is a plug-in for C++, but have also read that it's
not really complete yet.  Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions about
what you feel is the best IDE for C++?  I'd appreciate anything you can tell
me about your experience.
