[news.eclipse.tools] [ANN] Eclipse Checkstyle Plug-in 3.1.0-beta1 Availa

Sorry for the long delay but a new and improved version of the Eclipse
Checkstyle Plug-in is now available.  The plug-in has been moved to
SourceForge to make the source code more available, to make reporting bugs
and requesting new features easier, and in the hope I might get some help to
make the plug-in even better.

This is a beta release of the plug-in pending release of Checkstyle v3.1.
Please report any bugs or request new features using the SourceForge web
site.
