[news.eclipse.tools] Printing and Changing workspace

The Print menu on eclipse 2.1(linux gtk) version is greyed out and for the life of my I can't figure out how to get it to print. Is this functionality missing, or am I missing something.

Does anyone know how I change the default workspace for my new projects. I would like to change the workspace so that it points towards a directory in my home directory.
