[news.eclipse.tools] problem in creating project using resin

Hi friends,
              As i m new to this group..
I am facing a problem to creating a project using resin java project
wizard..
I am using eclipse 2.1 version and resin 2.1.8..
i have also extrated the plugin of eclipse and resin in plugin folder..
I can able to set the path but if i create new project using resin
envirinment i can't able to do so..
I have set the resin.jar file path..
And i m using the jdk1.4.0_01 version..
I will thankful if anyone help me out for the same just describing me the
step for creating java resin project and debuging it..
